Since 1955, PHS has been blessed to serve older adults and their families. As a resident of Mount Carmel Bluffs, you can have confidence in our unwavering commitment to your well-being. The addition of assisted living, care center suites, memory care, independent living and the renovation of the Motherhouse took place in two phases between 2021 and 2023. Today Mount Carmel Bluffs is a beautiful blend of history and modern design, enhancing functionality inside and out.
