Since 2019, Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) has hosted an annual celebration of employees called the CROSS Awards. Co-workers, residents, family and friends are encouraged to submit a nomination for an employee who exemplifies one of PHS’ five values. Once all nominations have been reviewed and considered, finalists are invited to be honored in an award ceremony at the PHS leadership retreat.

Last year, nearly 1,300 nominations were submitted, containing uplifting words and touching stories of PHS employees making an impact by demonstrating the CROSS values. Is there an exceptional employee you would like to nominate for the 2024 CROSS Awards? Fill out this form by Sunday, July 21, to submit your nomination.
