May is National Fitness Month. Fitness can improve brain health, weight management and your ability to do everyday activities. It also can reduce the risk of disease, prevent falls and strengthen bones and muscles. Ultimately, fitness maintains or leads to more independence! At Presbyterian Homes & Services, we support living an active lifestyle! Susan Eichensehr, fitness director at Marvella in St. Paul, inspires older adults with her words of wisdom.
