‘Unretired’ chef finds joy in serving seniors at Presbyterian Homes & Services
Before retiring in 2019, Jim Klein experienced success as an executive chef. After ‘unretiring’ however, he encountered joy. “When I came out of retirement, I wanted to do something that was meaningful, something I had passion for and enjoyed doing. I tell my boss, ‘I love my job.’ Food and making people happy are what I’m about,” Jim concludes. “Cooking and teaching staff different ways of doing things brings me joy.”
